The Standing Joint Committee on Official Languages met in a televised session at 3:31 p.m., this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the Co-Chair, Mauril Bélanger, presiding.

Michelle Chartrand and Scott Serson made statements and, with other witnesses, answered questions.
