Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "MAiD and Mental Disorders: The Road Ahead".
It was agreed, — That the Co-Chairs, clerks and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109 of the House of Commons, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.
It was agreed, — That the Co-Chairs present the report to the House and Senate.
It was agreed, — That the committee append to its report any dissenting or supplementary opinions submitted by members of the committee immediately after the signature of the Co-Chairs, provided that they do not exceed 10 pages or 5,000 words, that they be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and that they be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the co-clerks of the committee, not later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.
At 6:51 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
