The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.
It was agreed, — That, in the context of the study of the statutory review of the provisions of the criminal code relating to medical assistance in dying and their application, the correspondence received from the deputy minister of the department of Health on Monday, January 30, 2023 be published on the committee's website.
It was agreed, — That the committee append to its report any dissenting or supplementary opinions, immediately after the signature of the co-chairs, provided that they are no more than 10 pages in length in Calibri 12 point font, single-spaced and left-aligned, to be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the joint clerks of the committee no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
At 2:57 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
