Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

1. (1) Paragraph (c) of the definition “specified percentage” in subsection 259(1) of the Excise Tax Act is replaced by the following:
|
|
|
|
1. (1) L’alinéa c) de la définition de « pourcentage établi », au paragraphe 259(1) de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise, est remplacé par ce qui suit :
|
|
|
|
|
|
(c) in the case of a school authority, 100%,
|
|
|
|
c) dans le cas d’une administration scolaire, 100 %;
|
|
|
|
|
|
(2) Paragraph (c) of the definition “specified provincial percentage” in subsection 259(1) of the Act is replaced by the following:
|
|
|
|
(2) L'alinéa c) de la définition de « pourcentage provincial établi », au paragraphe 259(1) de la même loi, est remplacé par ce qui suit :
|
|
|
|
|
|
(c) in the case of a school authority resident in Nova Scotia, 100%,
|
|
|
|
c) dans le cas d'une administration scolaire qui réside en Nouvelle-Écosse, 100 %;
