Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
|
|
|
|

1. Section 469 of the Criminal Code is amended by adding the following after paragraph (c.1):
|
|
|
|
1. L’article 469 du Code criminel est modifié par adjonction, après l’alinéa c.1), de ce qui suit :
|
|
|
|
|
|
(c.2) an offence in the commission of which the accused is alleged to have
|
|
|
(i) used or threatened to use a firearm, or
|
|
|
(ii) attempted or conspired to use a firearm;
|
|
|
|
c.2) qu’une infraction qui aurait été perpétrée :
|
|
|
|
(i) avec usage ou menace d’usage d’une arme à feu,
|
|
|
|
(ii) avec tentative d’usage d’une arme à feu ou avec complot en vue de faire usage d’une arme à feu;
|
