SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi sur les lieux et monuments historiques afin que soit augmenté le nombre de membres composant la Commission des lieux et monuments historiques du Canada et qu’y soient représentés les Premières Nations, les Inuit et les Métis. Il modifie également la rémunération et les indemnités des commissaires.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Historic Sites and Monuments Act to increase the number of members of the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada and to provide for First Nations, Inuit and Métis representation on the Board. It also modifies the entitlements of Board members.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1 (1) Le passage du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur les lieux et monuments historiques précédant l’alinéa a) est remplacé par ce qui suit :
1 (1) The portion of subsection 4(1) of the Historic Sites and Monuments Act before paragraph (a) is replaced by the following:
4 (1) Est constituée la Commission des lieux et monuments historiques du Canada, composée des Insertion start dix-neuf Insertion end membres, ou commissaires, suivants :
4 (1) There is established a Board, to be called the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada, consisting of Insertion start 19 Insertion end members as follows:
