Abby Hoffman made a statement and, with Sharon Harper answered questions.

At 11:46 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:53 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Peter Hogg, Marc Sauvé and Jean-Pierre Ménard, by videoconference from Montreal, Quebec, made statements and answered questions.

At 1:02 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
