SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Navigation Protection Act in order to add the Colquitz River to the navigable waters listed in the schedule to that Act.

An Act to amend the Navigation Protection Act (Colquitz River)
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
R.S., c. N-22; 2012, c. 31, s. 316
1. Part 2 of the schedule to the Navigation Protection Act is amended by adding after item 3 in the columns shown the following:
Item: “3.1”
Column 1: “Colquitz River”
Column 2: “48°27′34″ N, 123°24′40″ W”
Column 3: “48°30′51″ N, 123°23′44″ W”
Column 4: “From Beaver Lake to the Juan de Fuca Strait”
