SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Assisted Human Reproduction Act to remove the prohibition relating to the payment of a female person to be a surrogate mother and to the payment or acceptance of consideration for arranging the services of a surrogate mother.

Le texte modifie la Loi sur la procréation assistée afin de supprimer l’interdiction de rétribuer une personne de sexe féminin pour qu’elle agisse à titre de mère porteuse ainsi que l’interdiction d’offrir ou d’accepter une rétribution pour l’obtention des services d’une mère porteuse.
