SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Access to Information Act to remove the Canadian Wheat Board from Schedule I to the Act. It also repeals a provision of the Canadian Wheat Board Act that provides for a review of the appropriateness of the Board’s inclusion in that Schedule.

1. Schedule I to the Access to Information Act is amended by striking out the following under the heading “OTHER GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS”:

REVIEW BY MINISTER
76.1 In the event of a change to the Corporation’s mandate, the Minister shall review the appropriateness of the Corporation’s inclusion in Schedule I to the Access to Information Act.
