SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Access to Information Act to remove the Canadian Wheat Board from Schedule I to the Act. It also repeals a provision of the Canadian Wheat Board Act that provides for a review of the appropriateness of the Board’s inclusion in that Schedule.

Le texte modifie la Loi sur l’accès à l’information de façon que la Commission canadienne du blé ne figure plus à son annexe I. Il abroge également une disposition de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du blé prévoyant que soit examinée l’opportunité de maintenir l’inclusion de la Commission à cette annexe.
