Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

1. Section 83.01 of the Criminal Code is amended by adding the following after subsection (1.1):
|

For greater certainty
|

(1.2) For greater certainty, a suicide bombing comes within paragraphs (a) and (b) of the definition “terrorist activity” in subsection (1).

(1.2) Il est entendu que l’attentat suicide est visé aux alinéas a) et b) de la définition de « activité terroriste » au paragraphe (1).
