SUMMARY |

|
The purpose of this enactment is to require that the sentence for an
escape must be consecutive to any other sentence currently being
served by the person convicted of the escape, any other sentence
imposed for escape, any sentence imposed for an offence committed
while escaping and any sentence imposed for an offence committed
while the person was at large after committing the escape.
