1. Section 13 of the Canadian
Radio-television and Telecommunications
Commission Act is replaced by the
following:

| Annual report
|
13. (1) The Commission shall, no later than
June 1 next following the end of each fiscal
year, submit to the Minister a report on its
finances, operations and activities during the
fiscal year, and the Minister shall cause a copy
of the report to be laid before each House of
Parliament on one of the first five days on
which that House sits following the receipt of
the report by the Minister.

| Permanent
referral
|
(2) The report laid before each House of
Parliament under subsection (1) stands
permanently referred to such committee of the
House of Commons as is established or
designated by that House to review matters
relating to the finances, operations and
activities of the Commission.
