SUMMARY |

This enactment amends the Canadian Radio-television and
Telecommunications Commission Act to ensure that the Commission's
annual report covers its finances, operations and activities, that it is
received by the Minister in time for it to be tabled in Parliament before
the summer recess each year and that it automatically stands referred to
the appropriate standing committee of the House of Commons.
