1. The Immigration Act is amended by
adding the following after section 23:
|
|
| No landing
fee to be
imposed
|
23.1 Notwithstanding section 14 or 23 or
any other provision of this Act or the
regulations, no term or condition of a
prescribed nature imposed on a person in
respect of a grant of landing shall include a
requirement to pay a fee in addition to the fee
paid by or for the person to process the
application for landing.
