SUMMARY |

This enactment amends the Immigration Act to prevent the assess
ment of a right-of-landing fee on immigrants in addition to the
application processing fee.
|
|
|
|
This will prevent the economic discrimination against immigrants
from low-income countries that may be caused by such fees.
|
