SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie le Code criminel afin d’inclure, relativement à l’interception de communications privées, l’infraction de délit d’initié dans la définition de infraction à l’article 183.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Criminal Code to include, for interception of private communications purposes, the offence of prohibited insider trading in the definition of offence in section 183.

Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement du Sénat et de la Chambre des communes du Canada, édicte :

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1 L’alinéa a) de la définition de infraction à l’article 183 du Code criminel est modifié par adjonction, après le sous-alinéa (lxx), de ce qui suit :
1 Paragraph (a) of the definition offence in section 183 of the Criminal Code is amended by adding the following after subparagraph (lxx):

(lxx.01) l’article 382.1 (délit d’initié),
-
(lxx.01) section 382.1 (prohibited insider trading),
