RECOMMANDATION
Son Excellence le gouverneur général recommande à la Chambre des communes l’affectation de deniers publics dans les circonstances, de la manière et aux fins prévues dans une mesure intitulée « Loi visant un paiement sur le Trésor afin d’appuyer une stratégie pancanadienne sur l’intelligence artificielle ».
RECOMMENDATION
His Excellency the Governor General recommends to the House of Commons the appropriation of public revenue under the circumstances, in the manner and for the purposes set out in a measure entitled “An Act respecting a payment to be made out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund to support a pan-Canadian artificial intelligence strategy”.

Le texte autorise le paiement sur le Trésor à l’Institut canadien de recherches avancées afin d’appuyer une stratégie pancanadienne sur l’intelligence artificielle.
This enactment authorizes a payment to be made out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund to the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research to support a pan-Canadian artificial intelligence strategy.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
Paiement à l’Institut canadien de recherches avancées
Payment to the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research
Paiement maximal de 125 000 000 $
Maximum payment of $125,000,000
1 À la demande du ministre de l’Industrie, il peut être payé sur le Trésor à l’Institut canadien de recherches avancées une somme n’excédant pas cent vingt-cinq millions de dollars afin d’appuyer une stratégie pancanadienne sur l’intelligence artificielle.
1 There may be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, on the requisition of the Minister of Industry, a sum not exceeding $125,000,000 to the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research to support a pan-Canadian artificial intelligence strategy.
