Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Name changed to “New Westminster — Coquitlam — Port Moody”
|

1. In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of August 25, 2003, under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, paragraph 17 of that part relating to the Province of British Columbia is amended by substituting the name “New Westminster — Coquitlam — Port Moody” for the name “New Westminster — Coquitlam”.

1. Dans le décret de représentation électorale déclaré en vigueur par la proclamation prise le 25 août 2003 en vertu de la Loi sur la révision des limites des circonscriptions électorales, le paragraphe 17 de la partie relative à la province de la Colombie-Britannique est modifié par la substitution du nom « New Westminster — Coquitlam — Port Moody » au nom « New Westminster — Coquitlam ».

2. This Act comes into force one day after the day it receives royal assent.
