An Act respecting food commodities, including their inspection, their safety, their labelling and advertising, their import, export and interprovincial trade, the establishment of standards for them, the registration or licensing of persons who perform certain activities related to them, the establishment of standards governing establishments where those activities are performed and the registration of establishments where those activities are performed

Loi concernant les produits alimentaires, et portant notamment sur leur inspection, leur salubrité, leur étiquetage, la publicité à leur égard, leur importation, leur exportation, leur commerce interprovincial, l’établissement de normes à leur égard, l’enregistrement de personnes exerçant certaines activités à leur égard, la délivrance de licences à ces personnes, l’établissement de normes relatives aux établissements où de telles activités sont exercées ainsi que l’agrément de tels établissements
