Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

1. The Canada Pension Plan is amended by adding the following after section 66.1:

Payment of benefits
|
|
66.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, any benefits that are required to be paid on a periodic basis under this Act shall be paid on a biweekly basis if the beneficiary submits to the Minister a written request that the benefits be paid on a biweekly basis.
|
|
|
|
66.2 Malgré les autres dispositions de la présente loi, les prestations payables périodiquement sous son régime sont versées aux deux semaines si le prestataire en fait la demande écrite au ministre.
