Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

1. The Canada Pension Plan is amended by adding the following after section 66.1:

Payment of benefits
|
|
66.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, any benefits that are required to be paid on a periodic basis under this Act shall be paid on a biweekly basis if the person entitled to receive the benefits submits to the Minister a written request that the benefits be paid on a biweekly basis.
|
|
|
|
66.2 Malgré les autres dispositions de la présente loi, les prestations payables périodiquement sous son régime sont versées toutes les deux semaines si la personne admissible en fait la demande écrite au ministre.
