Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Name changed to “Cariboo — Prince George — Nechako Valley”
|
|
1. In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of August 25, 2003, under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, paragraph 4 of that part relating to the Province of British Columbia is amended by substituting the name “Cariboo — Prince George — Nechako Valley” for the name “Cariboo — Prince George”.

1. Dans le décret de représentation électorale déclaré en vigueur par la proclamation prise le 25 août 2003 en vertu de la Loi sur la révision des limites des circonscriptions électorales, le paragraphe 4 de la partie relative à la province de la Colombie-Britannique est modifié par la substitution du nom « Cariboo — Prince George — Nechako Valley » au nom « Cariboo — Prince George ».
