Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

1. Paragraph 239(1)(b) of the Canada Labour Code is replaced by the following:
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
(b) the period of absence does not exceed fifty-two weeks; and
|
|
|
|
b) il n'est pas absent pendant plus de cinquante-deux semaines;
