Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

1. In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of August 25, 2003, under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, paragraph 97 of that part relating to the Province of Ontario is amended by substituting the name “Niagara Centre” for the name “Welland”.

Dans le décret de représentation électorale déclaré en vigueur par la proclamation prise en vertu de la Loi sur la révision des limites des circonscriptions électorales le 25 août 2003, le paragraphe 97 de la partie relative à la province d’Ontario est modifié par la substitution du nom « Niagara-Centre » au nom « Welland ».
