Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
|
|
|
|

1. Subsection 161(1) of the Criminal Code is amended by striking out the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b), by adding the word “or” at the end of paragraph (c) and by adding the following after paragraph (c):
|

|
|
1. Le paragraphe 161(1) du Code criminel est modifié par l’adjonction, après l’alinéa c), de ce qui suit :
|
|
|
|
|
|
(d) being in the presence, whether alone or with any other person or group of persons designated by the court, of a person under the age of fourteen years except fortuitously or fleetingly and otherwise than in a manner provided for by the court.
|
|
|
|
d) de se trouver, seul ou avec toute autre personne ou groupe de personnes désignées par le tribunal, en présence de personnes âgées de moins de quatorze ans autrement que de manière fortuite ou passagère et autrement que de la manière prévue par le tribunal.
