An Act to prevent the Government of Canada from charging rent to non-profit hospitals

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement du Sénat et de la Chambre des communes du Canada, édicte :

No rent to non-profit hospitals

1. The Government of Canada shall not charge rent to a hospital as defined in the Canada Health Act that is a non-profit hospital.

1. Le gouvernement du Canada ne peut imposer un loyer à un hôpital, au sens de la Loi canadienne sur la santé, qui est sans but lucratif.

Aucun loyer aux hôpitaux sans but lucratif
