ASSENTED TO 28th MARCH, 1996 BILL C-10		SANCTIONNÉE LE 28 MARS 1996 PROJET DE LOI C-10

RECOMMENDATION His Excellency the Governor General recommends to the House of Commons the appropriation of public revenue under the circumstances, in the manner and for the purposes set out in a measure entitled “An Act to provide borrowing authority for the fiscal year beginning on April 1, 1996”. SUMMARY This enactment provides borrowing authority ot the Government for the 1996-97 fiscal year.		RECOMMANDATION Son Excellence le Gouverneur général recommande à la Chambre des communes l’affectation de deniers publics dans les circonstances, de la manière et aux fins prévues dans une mesure intitulée « Loi portant pouvoir d'emprunt pour l'exercice 1996-1997 ». SOMMAIRE Le texte autorise le gouvernement à prélever des fonds pour l'exercice 1996-1997.
