SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie l’annexe VI de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise afin d’ajouter, à la liste des fournitures détaxées, les défibrillateurs externes automatisés, les trousses contenant ces défibrillateurs ainsi que les électrodes et les accessoires conçus pour être utilisés avec ceux-ci.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends Schedule VI of the Excise Tax Act to add automated external defibrillators, kits containing them and pads and accessories designed to be used with them to the list of zero-rated supplies.

2 La partie II de l’annexe VI de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise est modifiée par adjonction, après l’article 3, de ce qui suit :
2 Part II of Schedule VI to the Excise Tax Act is amended by adding the following after section 3:
