SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi sur l’accise afin d’éliminer les droits d’accise sur la bière ou la liqueur de malt contenant au plus 0,5 % d’alcool éthylique absolu par volume.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Excise Act in order to abolish duties of excise on beer or malt liquor containing not more than 0.5% absolute ethyl alcohol by volume.

Excise Act
1 (1) Le passage de l’article 3 précédant l’alinéa a), à la partie II de l’annexe de la Loi sur l’accise, est remplacé par ce qui suit :
1 (1) The portion of section 3 in Part II of the schedule to the Excise Act before paragraph (a) is replaced by the following:
3 Par hectolitre de bière ou de liqueur de malt contenant Insertion start plus de 0,5 % d’alcool éthylique absolu par volume, mais Insertion end au plus 1,2 % d’alcool éthylique absolu par volume :
3 Per hectolitre of beer or malt liquor containing Insertion start more than 0.5% absolute ethyl alcohol by volume but Insertion end not more than 1.2% absolute ethyl alcohol by volume,
(2) La partie II de l’annexe de la même loi est modifiée par adjonction, après l’article 3, de ce qui suit :
(2) Part II of the schedule to the Act is amended by adding the following after section 3:
4 Par hectolitre de bière ou de liqueur de malt contenant au plus 0,5 % d’alcool éthylique absolu par volume, 0 $.
