SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi sur la défense nationale pour abroger l’infraction relative à la mutilation ou à la blessure infligée à soi-même ou à une autre personne dans l’intention de se rendre ou de rendre l’autre personne inapte au service.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the National Defence Act to repeal the offence of maiming or injuring oneself or another person to render oneself or that other person unfit for service.

1 L’alinéa 98c) de la Loi sur la défense nationale est abrogé.
1 Section 98 of the National Defence Act is amended by adding “or” at the end of paragraph (a), by striking out “or” at the end of paragraph (b) and by repealing paragraph (c).
