SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu afin de faire passer de 14 à 10 le nombre d’heures nécessaire pour qu’une activité donne droit au crédit d’impôt pour déficience mentale ou physique et d’inclure certaines activités dans le calcul de ce nombre d’heures.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Income Tax Act to reduce from 14 to 10 the number of hours necessary for an activity to be eligible for the tax credit for mental or physical impairment, and to include certain activities in the computation of that time.

2 (1) Le sous alinéa 118.3(1)a.1)(ii) de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu est remplacé par ce qui suit :
