1 L’article 160 du Code criminel est modifié par adjonction, après le paragraphe (3), de ce qui suit :
1 Section 160 of the Criminal Code is amended by adding the following after subsection (3):

(4) Au présent article, bestialité s’entend de tout contact, à des fins d’ordre sexuel, entre une personne et un animal.
End of inserted block(4) In this section, bestiality means any contact by a person, for a sexual purpose, with an animal.
