SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi sur les arrangements fiscaux entre le gouvernement fédéral et les provinces en ce qui a trait à la contribution pécuniaire du Transfert canadien en matière de santé pour chaque exercice commençant après le 31 mars 2017.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Act respecting the cash contribution of the Canada Health Transfer for each fiscal year beginning after March 31, 2017.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

1 Le passage du sous-alinéa 24.1(1)a)(v) de la Loi sur les arrangements fiscaux entre le gouvernement fédéral et les provinces précédant la formule est remplacé par ce qui suit :
1 The portion of subparagraph 24.1(1)(a)(v) of the Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Act before the formula is replaced by the following:
-
(v) pour chaque exercice commençant après le 31 mars 2017, la somme, arrondie au millier près, obtenue par multiplication de la contribution pécuniaire de l’exercice précédent par le plus élevé de Insertion start 1,06 Insertion end et le montant résultant du calcul suivant :
-
(v) for each fiscal year beginning after March 31, 2017, the product, rounded to the nearest thousand, obtained by multiplying the cash contribution for the immediately preceding fiscal year by the greater of Insertion start 1.06 Insertion end , and
