SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi sur la taxe d’accise afin de faire passer de 68 % à 100 % le remboursement de la taxe sur les produits et services auquel ont droit les administrations scolaires.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Excise Tax Act in order to increase the goods and services tax rebate rate for school authorities from 68% to 100%.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1 L’alinéa c) de la définition de pourcentage établi, au paragraphe 259(1) de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise, est remplacé par ce qui suit :
1 Paragraph (c) of the definition specified percentage in subsection 259(1) of the Excise Tax Act is replaced by the following:
-
c) dans le cas d’une administration scolaire, Insertion start 100 % Insertion end ;
-
(c) in the case of a school authority, Insertion start 100% Insertion end ,
