SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Navigation Protection Act in order to add the Burrard Inlet, Brunette River and Coquitlam River to the navigable waters listed in the schedule to that Act.

An Act to amend the Navigation Protection Act (Burrard Inlet, Brunette River and Coquitlam River)
R.S., c. N-22; 2012, c. 31, s. 316
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Part 1 of the schedule to the Navigation Protection Act is amended by adding after item 4 in the columns shown the following:
Item: “4.1”
Column 1: “Burrard Inlet”
Column 2: “49°17′55″ N, 123°05′07″ W”
Column 3: “The inlet’s water boundary includes the mouths of all connecting waterways”
2. Part 2 of the schedule to the Act is amended by adding after item 4 in the columns shown the following:
Item: “4.1”
Column 1: “Brunette River”
Column 2: “49°13′10″ N, 122°53′30″ W”
Column 3: “49°14′28″ N, 122°56′07″ W”
Column 4: “From Burnaby Lake to the Fraser River”
Item: “4.11”
Column 1: “Coquitlam River”
Column 2: “49°13′30″ N, 122°48′18″ W”
Column 3: “49°33′19″ N, 122°45′31″ W”
Column 4: “From Disappointment Lake to the Fraser River”
