RECOMMENDATION

His Excellency the Governor General recommends to the House of Commons the appropriation of public revenue under the circumstances, in the manner and for the purposes set out in a measure entitled “An Act to give effect to the Déline Final Self-Government Agreement and to make consequential and related amendments to other Acts”.

SUMMARY

This enactment gives effect to the Déline Final Self-Government Agreement among the Sahtu Dene and Metis of Déline, as represented by the Déline First Nation Band and the Déline Land Corporation, the Government of Canada and the Government of the Northwest Territories. It also makes consequential and related amendments to other Acts.
