An Act to amend the Assisted Human Reproduction Act (surrogacy)

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Subsections 6(1) to (3) of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act are repealed.
