SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Navigable Waters Protection Act in order to add the North Thames River, the Middle Thames River and the Thames River to the navigable waters listed in the schedule to that Act, as it will read immediately after the coming into force of section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012.

An Act to amend the Navigable Waters Protection Act (North Thames River, Middle Thames River and Thames River)
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
R.S., c. N-22
NAVIGABLE WATERS PROTECTION ACT
1. Part 2 of the schedule to the Navigable Waters Protection Act, as it reads immediately after the coming into force of section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, is amended by adding after item 22 in the columns shown the following:
Item: “22.1”
Column 1: “North Thames River”
Column 2: “43°37′09" N, 81°09′38" W”
Column 3: “42°58′56" N, 81°15′24" W”
Column 4: “From West of Monkton to the confluence with the Thames River”
2. Part 2 of the schedule to the Act is amended by adding after item 23 in the columns shown the following:
Item: “23.1”
Column 1: “Middle Thames River”
Column 2: “43°08′21" N, 80°53′33" W”
Column 3: “42°59′47" N, 80°58′21" W”
Column 4: “From Mud Creek to the confluence with the Thames River”
Item: “23.2”
Column 1: “Thames River”
Column 2: “43°11′17" N, 80°41′53" W”
Column 3: “42°19′04" N, 82°27′24" W”
Column 4: “From South of Innerkip to Lake St. Clair”
COMING INTO FORCE
Coming into force
3. This Act comes into force on the later of the day section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012 comes into force and the day on which this Act receives royal assent.
