SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Competition Act to authorize the Commissioner of Competition to inquire into an entire industry sector.

R.S., c. C-34; R.S., c. 19 (2nd Supp.), s. 19
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Paragraph 10(1)(b) of the Competition Act is amended by striking out “or” at the end of subparagraph (ii) and by adding the following after subparagraph (iii):
(iv) grounds exist for the making of an inquiry into an entire industry sector, or
