SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Canada Elections Act to change the voting hours across Canada.

An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act (voting hours)
2000, c. 9
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Section 128 of the Canada Elections Act is replaced by the following:
Hours of voting
128. The voting hours on polling day are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. Sections 129 and 131 of the Act are repealed.
