SUMMARY
This enactment prohibits the use of lakes for depositing deleterious substances.

An Act to amend the Fisheries Act (deposit in lakes)
R.S., c. F-14
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Section 36 of the Fisheries Act is amended by adding the following after subsection (5):
Limitation
(5.1) No lake may be prescribed by regulation for the purpose of authorizing the deposit of any quantity or concentration of a deleterious substance or class thereof.
