SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act in order to extend the time limit for the filing of a complaint, to allow the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner to examine former public servants, to increase the fine for an offence under section 10 of the Inquiries Act and to authorize the Commissioner to disclose, in his or her report, the identity of the person found to have committed a wrongdoing.

Le texte modifie la Loi sur la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles afin de prolonger le délai pour déposer une plainte, de permettre au commissaire à l’intégrité du secteur public d’interroger d’anciens fonctionnaires, d’augmenter l’amende en cas de contravention à l’article 10 de la Loi sur les enquêtes et d'autoriser le commissaire à divulguer dans son rapport l'identité de l'auteur d'un acte répréhensible.
