An Act to amend the Excise Act, 2001 (spirits)
2002, c. 22
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Section 1 of Schedule 4 to the Excise Act, 2001 is replaced by the following:
1. Spirits: $10.696 per litre of absolute ethyl alcohol contained in the spirits.
