Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Appointment
|
|
1. Within 180 days after this Act comes into force, the Governor in Council must appoint a Minister of State (Education) to assist all ministers of the Crown who have responsibilities for matters relating to education.
|
|
|
|
1. Dans les cent quatre-vingts jours suivant l’entrée en vigueur de la présente loi, le gouverneur en conseil nomme un ministre d’État (Éducation) chargé d’aider les ministres fédéraux qui sont responsables de questions relatives à l’éducation.
