An Act to amend the Holidays Act (Flag Day)
R.S., c. H-5
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. The Holidays Act is amended by adding the following after section 4:
FLAG DAY
Flag Day
5. February 15 is a legal holiday and shall be kept and observed as such throughout Canada under the name of “Flag Day”.
