An Act to amend the Employment Insurance Act (incarceration)
1996, c. 23
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Paragraph 8(2)(b) of the Employment Insurance Act is repealed.
2. Paragraph 10(10)(a) of the Act is repealed.
3. Paragraph 152.11(11)(a) of the Act is repealed.
