76. A person may examine or obtain copies of any entries in the Register with respect to a vessel or fleet.

(h.3) respecting an authorization under paragraph (h.2); and

“Canadian ship”
« navire canadien »

“Canadian ship” means a Canadian vessel, as defined in section 2 of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, in respect of which all duties and taxes imposed under the Customs Tariff and the Excise Tax Act have been paid;

« navire canadien » Bâtiment canadien au sens de l’article 2 de la Loi de 2001 sur la marine marchande du Canada à l’égard duquel tous les droits et taxes imposés par le Tarif des douanes et la Loi sur la taxe d’accise ont été acquittés.
