SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Canadian Wheat Board Act to allow a person to carry out certain activities relating to wheat or wheat products if the producer of the wheat or wheat products has given a notice to the Corporation of his or her intent to opt out of having the Corporation carry out these activities for a specified time.

Le texte modifie la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du blé afin de permettre à quiconque d’exercer certaines activités liées au blé ou aux produits du blé lorsque le producteur de ceux-ci a donné avis à la Commission de son intention d’en faire cesser l’exercice par celle-ci durant une période déterminée.
